Stand Up Paddle Yoga (SUP) is an innovative and challenging new way to energize and transform your yoga practice. If you’re looking for a fun outdoor activity in Vero Beach, sign up for one of our SUP yoga classes along the Riomar Creek. This one hour, all levels yoga class is performed on a paddleboard and is led by our certified yoga and paddleboard instructor, Nicole Capra. Hosted by Vero Beach Yoga Barre & Sea Sup Go, our SUP yoga class combines a variety of asanas to engage your core and improve your balance while enjoying the tranquil sights and sounds of the water. SUP Yoga Classes in Vero Beach
SUP yoga is a great way to enjoy your favorite yoga poses outside. Hearing the gentle sound of water while on the paddleboard will help you relax as you tune into the most important aspect of yoga: your breath. When you sign up for a SUP yoga class at Vero Beach Yoga Barre, we’ll spend the first few minutes of class going over the paddleboard equipment we will be using. We also may practice paddling techniques on land first before heading to the water. Our certified yoga and paddleboard instructor will help you launch your board into the water before leading the group in a leisurely paddle to warm up your muscles. We’ll eventually transition our warm up into a more focused yoga class with seated breathing techniques, basic sun salutations, and a variety of posture variations.
